In early 2000, even before the establishment of company, the founders had acquired pieces of land around Prince Edward Road West and Boundary Street area with the size of 5000 sq ft., it successfully granted new-grant from the Lands Department of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. With the assistance of the strategic partner, a grand 35th storeys residential building with gymnasium and swimming pool facilities therein, known as "The Lamma Palace" was erected successfully in the fourth quarter of 2005.
Most of the units were sold shortly after the pre-sales consent project was launched.
